Coffee snob reporting in.

I make at home. Way better than what I get out there.

Never had a decent coffee from a bisex, homo, or tranny. A young dyke* once made me a decent espresso but the process was almost fully automated so she could have been thinking about licking slit the whole time and it wouldn't have come through in the cup.

Agree 100%.  It's beer, not the fountain of youth. Well, except when I drink enough older chicks get better looking.

Most people have better uses for their money than home espresso setups so it kinda makes sense they're impressed when they get something fresh ground, and they go back for more.

I can only guess why coffee culture got conquered by leftists. It's big in Seattle and lot of manufacturers headquarter there. Leftists are city folk so city businesses gear to them. Also they tend to have money and pursue epicurean indulgences.

The right wing finds virtue in rejecting "fancy-pants" stuff so with coffee, just like with so much else, they ceded the field without a fight for a long time and retreated into cartoonish conservatism. "A cup 'a joe from the gas station was good enough for my grandpappy!" Yeah but that's because no one ever handed the guy a good one. He would have said fuck that 7-11 shit. And there's nothing new or la-de-da about good coffee. Everyone in America just got so sold by the Mr. Coffee and fucking Maxwell House marketing that they think it's what coffee is supposed to be.

You wouldn't say it's faggy to talk about what makes a good cigar or a good whisky so don't let a bunch of bluehairs take over good coffee. Ditch the Mr Coffee and the pre-ground stuff. Buy a cheap grinder (conical, not blade), whole beans with a roasting date on the bag from a guy who doesn't have a lisp, and a plunger press. It's a cheap setup and you'll have awesome unfrothy man-style coffee to pour into your Fuck Socialism mug.

With the exception of going to breakfast after Church, we always make it at home. Too damn expensive. There have been on occasions I'll go to 7/11, they actually have great coffee.

I would.  Most whiskey nerds who come up with all those flavors in whiskey are delusional.

Islays are distinct as hell, even from one another. I'd easily pick an Ardbeg 10 blind and probably 3 or 4 more.

Can you do this... :D

The nose is very fruity with clear citrus notes of lemon and lime intermingled with a fresh cent of green apples and pears. There is also a clear backdrop of spices and herbs.
After the first sip, the fruity notes are there together with a honey sweetness, but are soon accompanied with strong spiciness of cloves and a hint of chili. In the aftertaste, the spiciness falls away and leaves a lingering residue of mild coffee notes and bitter chocolate.

Haha, I had a whole thread! Buncha philistines around here.

Cigars are for cigar smokers. If you're not into them don't bother. But buy a good bottle of booze and side by side it with your regular poison. Report back.

Live a little ya calcified bastards.

My breakfast and pre-workout is a large cup of black Joe, served up bitter and angry.

Sweetened gourmet coffee is for women and phaggots.

I only drink decaf and only from Cumberland farms where I do it myself for a 1.18 large. I have maybe two a week. Coffee and cream and it’s delicious. Never drank coffee until 2 years ago and I can’t handle caffeine as it geeks me out.

My regular spot is 7/11. Not the greatest but you make your own and they have a wide variety of creamers. Plus, you can do auto checkout through the app. So, I don’t have to deal with anybody the entire visit. Never liked Starbucks👎.
