Just because I don't want to do heavy max singles yet doesn't mean I have a failed operation. I have been lifting 3-4 days a week the last 2.5 months. I am doing high reps sets the same thing I have done after every injury and recovery for everything the last 35 years I have been working out.  I am not fighting anyone because none of these haters is going to say shit to me in real life. But as far as my current strength and athleticism it's great I did squats today.
