Don’t know about the black dots but the bruising look is to be expected.

Propably, and likely, some of those ruptured veins bleed inside to your skin and blood just gathers at your ankles and bottoms of your feet. Like with any other tear etc.

I would keep those legs elevated as much as possible, compression socks and icy water immersion if possible.

So sympathize till the cows come home, hell, I empathize with him, but advice? Wasted. Dude is hardcore get big and will face the music as is. What if Ronny Coleman had listened to those around him to lay off the heavy weights?
