I know how it works.  There are always revenue streams to offset, but the #'s I've seen that Ohtani will bring in seem a bit absurd.  Like LA will increase revenues 80% this year alone.  I will wait to see their #'s after 2024 to see because I am doubting it.  If those numbers are what people are saying, they could have paid Ohtani $1B.
