Yesterday I had a slice of pizza for breakfast then two sausage and cheese biscuits then I had the subway Beast foot long for lunch with chips and 2 cookies. I had coconut chicken curry soup. salmon sashimi, spicy tuna roll and steak with Asian noodles for an entree. Then today I wake up like this. I am in shape. I did walk a few miles on the boardwalk but other than that was a rest day. How is my 40 inch gut looking???

I would lose 3 inches in height? Gain half a foot on my stomach loose 10 inches on my chest and 3 and a half inches on the arms all while losing 50lbs? Yeah that sounds plausible. Why should I feel bad when you say I weigh 165lbs when I know I am 215lbs? It's a 50lbs difference
