I really don’t care if you guys count it or not. But sure here is the video. I am not bragging it’s not a ton but it’s something. You guys can’t even post a lift you want to talk shit about me saying how weak I am saying I don't lift heavy meanwhile I am benching 320lbs despite having 1.5 fucking pecs all your excuses are invalid. And I am doing it at 215lbs with abs at 46 so yeah I showed up I did what I said I would do. I posted a new post 40 bench press max 4.5 months post Hernia repair.

Just rolled out of bed no shower yet so yeah it’s my haggard morning face but 212.2lbs this am before you all claim I benched 320 at 230lbs nope did it at 215lbs and sitting 212lbs this am. No pump flat am but solid as fuck.

So yeah strength is higher than it has been since before I turned 40 and weight is also as light as I have been walking around in a decade. I am in shape

Should be able to add a little more the next few months as have not even been training low reps. Then may try and bulk come summer just don’t feel like it yet

Why bother I look fucking awesome at 212lbs and I am stronger than I have been in years. Arms are looking fucking massive and I feel great cardio, explosive energy, all improved at this weight. But yeah I said this summer I would bulk. I am not bulking or cutting right now just eating when hungry and training.

You don't think I plan another new PR before 12/31 lol. I think I may wear a lifting belt next time as that is allowed for bench it's the elbow support you can't wear. No need to stress the core that much right now. Really no need to do another max lift anytime soon as just wanted to show I was back to presurgery strength level despite being significantly lighter bodyweight but may give it one more go. No need to rush things now as I like where I am at slow and steady from here will work just fine.

I rarely do heavy singles it is only the 2nd time I have gone over 300 since pre 40. I did it just prior to the surgery at 230lbs and then again yesterday at 215lbs. I have not done any other singles in the past few years. But you guys said I was regressing and couldn't lift heavy well that is not the case I hit a post 40 PR yesterday. I am 212lbs this am and very lean while also being the strongest I have been in nearly a decade so I am happy with that. Slow and steady reps from here is just fine.
