I generally respect anyone who's been in a boxing ring, regardless if they've won or lost, that respect is generally extended to those who've wrestled and those who've competed.

Hankins was a DJ in college? So he was at the radio station for a period of time before they actually let him host. I’m interested in these stories, particularly the pay - because if it was the college radio station they did not pay him and if it was a local station he would have had to have a demo real.

It's a half inch size difference and it is due to the tricep having a different attachment point not the bicep the right bicep is fine. It also shows the pec tear a bit when I put the arm up but the bicep is fine

Joswift and Wes look like shit neither has ever had any size. Chaos can't even bench 275lbs. SC and Krank are in good cardio shape because they are 30lbs lighter than me doing CrossFit workouts. Everyone's cardio increases exponentially every 10lbs. Honestly at this point I just feel like Darth Vader trying to constantly heal myself. If I have to use the power of the dark side so be it. The big change will come this summer when I get a REP Ares 5000 Squat rack it is a functional trainer, lat pull down, row and squat rack that is the big plan for the new house and more food. Just cruising until then.

I do appreciate Josh pointing out that while I may not whoop Tyson I was doing good against Clegg. I may not win a show but I am in shape. I may not be 250lbs but I am 215/220lbs. I may not be a genius but I have a college degree. I may not be a billionaire but I do own my home. My life may not be perfect but I do have a lot to be thankful for. I like my family. I like my life. Of course somethings could be better but it could be a lot worse. Getting sick at a show a year ago or losing a mma match by DQ 13 years ago doesn't define who I am today. Kind of like having an ex wife doesn't define who I am today. Maybe some of you don't like your life today. Don't let it define your life tomorrow.
