That's an insane dosage.  Is K2 better than K1?

They actually sell some K2 in 5 MILLIGRAM caps on ebay and amazon.  Supposedly very high dose vitamin k is used in Japan to decalcify arteries but I don't know if that's actually true.  Each type of k1/k2 has different effects/half lives.

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC7238900/

"Matrix GLA protein (MGP)—found in the tissues of the heart, kidneys, and lungs—plays a dominant role in vascular calcium metabolism. Its production is stimulated by Vitamin D3, but it requires adequate Vitamin K2 intakes to be activated (similar to the bone-building protein osteocalcin). Once activated by Vitamin K2, MGP can bind calcium and escort it out of the areas where this mineral is destructive, namely arteries and soft tissues.1,4

No other productive mechanism for maintaining flexible blood vessels walls has been discovered, which makes MGP the only known and most potent existing inhibitor of cardiovascular calcification.

That is why Vitamin K2 is crucial as a cardiovascular health nutrient. Here we will endeavor to clear up considerable confusion about Vitamin K2, ensuring the right form is identified, as well as provide the substantial body of evidence confirming its role as a cardiovascular-support nutrient."

Don't know what to make out of this?  Going to up the dose on K2 along with my D3. It possibly worked for me before and now I'm upping the dose for heart health.

Prostate cancer is horrible. The cure makes you want to die. Look at the high rate of problems. You can't get it up; pissing in your pants; crapping in your pants because the radiation destroyed your sphincter muscle and nerves; and lastly for many they cut off your own testosterone with a pill or by injecting a drug. Now you got man boobs and your dick doesn't work. Hey, at least you're alive. Of course I did the worst case scenarios. What I mentioned though is a huge number of guys that had the "fix".

Sometimes I wonder if steroid users realize they are accelerating prostate growth? Urologist will tell you if prostate cancer spreads it leads to a horrible death so many are scared into radiation or removal. A urologist will encourage the fix because a payment is due on his $700K vacation house and Porsche.  Also he doesn't want to get sued if he doesn't recommend the fix attempt. For many prostate cancer is slow growing. Many will die from old age before they die from the cancer spreading.

I have an uncle who received the radiation pellets. If I were over 70 when diagnosed I think I'd just let it go.

Many long-term “steroid users” with better health than the clueless OP.

$700K vacation house? That’s a bungalow in a less desirable vacation locale if you’re lucky.

Really, steroid users have better health?

I just used a figure for a little vacation house. I know in places like California it buys a shack but you can buy a nice vacation house in places like South Carolina for that price. The house I live in is nice and big and it goes for almost 700K. Bet the urologist's main house is worth millions.

Steroids can be detrimental to health but you also want healthy bodybuilders to get off their HRT testosterone when they might already be 60 or 70 to prove something. To prove that their outward fitness is chemical induced? Well duh, that's the whole point in taking them. And as you know living clean doesn't excempt you from disease. Steroid users take a small (or big, depending on your opinion) risk, but it might be worth it sometimes. I wonder what your animosity is really due to, it's like very venomous hatred. I don't remember, did you take steroids in your youth? In my first gyms there were always a bunch of "old men" decrying steroids and trying to police the the members to keep them steroid free. These fellas typically faded early from whatever and were really not convincing anybody, no one wanted their flabby body and cranky attitude.

You can have different legit opinions either way but test replacement could be compared to estrogen replacement in women. The policy changed to discouragingg estrogen replacement due to the increased cancer risks with it but you can still have it if you and your doctor feel that on the balance it probably helps more than hurts. Test replacement should be like that, not something plainly immoral as you make it sound like.

That's just like my opinion, man.

Late to the thread but read enough to convince me to add some of this stuff to my usual D vit.  It's always low when I have a blood test

As for PSA counts - my brother in law had a scare a couple of years back.  He'd been separated from his Wife a couple of years and had seen little zero action.  So although it was a difficult conversation, I advised him to clean his pipes once a week until the next test - he came back smiling, apparently normal range again

Absolutely no idea if my 'advices' helped as I didn't like to ask... ;D

Cumming before a psa test can give a false high test. I have no idea about this stuff but I wouldn't never in the future cum days before a PSA test.

Saw the urologist today.  He said no biopsy because of the two low recent PSA tests.  He added he has no idea why it was high? Said it could have been riding a bike or having sex the day or days before the test. Anyway I'm in the clear.  Apparently having sex before a PSA test can give you high reading. You can keep your pipes clear but the days before a PSA test refrain from shooting your load.

Regarding the statement about my urologist paying his mortgage on a vacation house that costs $700 grand that I pulled out of my ass. I take it back. Forgot everyone here is GQ handsome, lives in a 2.5 million dollar house, fucks super models and vacation in Dubai.  I didn't want the urologist to be doing possible unnecessary biopsies on me that will finance his 3 million dollar vacation house.

I live in a house worth between $650K and 700K.  It's a damn fine big house. I know in California and plenty of the places that buys a little shit hole  shack but in central jersey you could do well with that amount.
