Like I mentioned previously, my googling vitamin K shows in one study it helped but in most others it did nothing. All I know is I have a low reading after taking it and will continue to use it. I even used a very low dose. My next bottle I have sealed and unused yet is three times as strong as what I'm taking now. I presently use 100 mcg and my multi has 30 mcg. My new one I got off amazon has 300 mcg. I will start taking it as soon.
