I just threw up a gallon of black stuff I have never thrown up black before but it is from my stomach issues not 65lb dumbells lol

Coffee ground emesis (or vomitus) is vomit that looks like coffee grounds. It's dark brown or black in color with a lumpy texture.
The appearance comes from old and coagulated blood in your gastrointestinal tract. It's a sign of internal bleeding.

See help ASAP...

What did Men’s Health magazine tell you to do ?

You’re fine, crybaby.

Do a few sets of heavy squats and then go for a run.

It will save the Scarecrow the trouble of divorcing your ass.

I am not sure why someone who has never deadlifted before thinks they are going to roll off the couch after a stroke and a botched hernia surgery and pull 500 lbs.

No again a 500lb pull would be standard. Do I think I can pull 500? Yeah I do.
With the small/tiny/miniscule/nonexistant amount of deadlifts that you`re ever done, there is no way in Hell that you are gonna` pull 500 pounds.  LOL  ;D

Hopefully! Bhanks has no better health advocate with knowledge of his encyclopedia of ailments than Never1ashow.   In fact, Bhanks should list Never1ashow as his emergency contact in his phone and online for first responders just in case.  F!  Even Em is not as up to date as GB as to the medical needs of her husband.

Just heroin

After consuming heroin, you begin to feel nauseated. You rush to the toilet and vomit into the bowl. It makes you feel horrible, but you think it must be worth it compared to your high.

Pulling 500 would seriously injure you, the hammer curls fucked up your hand and made you cough blood.

Seriously.

Those hammer curls looked like they would break him. He was struggling.

No way he’s pulling 500. Maybe 405 but I’m not convinced he has the strength for that amount either.

You know how I know you don’t lift?

You post a video doing hammer curls, your first rep starts with your right arm and your last rep ends with your right arm.

No one who has been training for 30 years would do this. In fact anyone who has trained consistent for even one year would not be so mindless.
LOL, YOU ARE A MORON!
