You know how I know you don’t lift?

No one who has been training for 30 years would do this. In fact anyone who has trained consistent for even one year would be so mindless.

Its obvious from all his "have a go" 1 rep maxes, he looks like someones dad whos gone to pick his son up from the gym and sees people lifting and thinks "I could do that" and jumps under a weight

Solid work - perhaps the addition of vomiting bile then fresh blood should go just before the new entry at 87?  They precede each other in health terms as well!  ;D :( :-[ :-X

Edit:  that's obviously an unofficial request, based on the alarm this appears to have caused ;D

LOL, YOU ARE A MORON!

He'll have some excuse such as that he's trying to improve the symmetry of his atrophied nerve-damaged absolutely nothing with it right arm.

It's also that he's not that good with counting, as he has shown us before with his "15" reps.

Yeah that is what it was looked like a pot of coffee with the grinds still in it

Maybe give yourself some more time to recover and wait until next week before you try the 80 lbs dumbbells.

You have to love Hankins, he continues to own himself on a consistent basis without trying. He’s such a clown and doesn’t even realize it.

Just heroin

After consuming heroin, you begin to feel nauseated. You rush to the toilet and vomit into the bowl. It makes you feel horrible, but you think it must be worth it compared to your high.

Now I am on Heroin lol this issues and every other legit issue on your guys list not related to injury is from Crohn's the disease you guys claim I don't have.

For someone with Chrones - why do you keep putting that slop down your throat knowing it makes it worse!   For F sake damn it - get a clue and listen to people who know more than you do.   Stop eating like a hog at the trough if you want to be around for your wife and kid and dog.
