Stay injury free and continue to get more consistent in my diet and training. Don't put numbers on things and set yourself up to fail see the path not just the destination. Don't worry about the timeline if you are on the path you will get there.

so reduce junk food and train twice a week

That would be far more consistent than you are now

I had hoped others might add their own goals. I am training 4 days a week now. I am already getting leaner. I do not need to reduce calories. I need to increase them. My diet has been really clean though and I am noticing visual changes when I compare to recent updates. Everything is just a little tighter, detail is a little crisper. More veins are coming out. It is a slow process we are looking for 1-3% gains not 20% you will have to take my word I am not planning to update again for a few months I want to see noticeable changes. Or at least give myself time to realize nothing is changing and I need to reevaluate but I am seeing small consistent gains.

No one really likes you. Do you really think you would start a thread and people will be receptive of it?

Why would anyone post in your thread when all you’ve been is insulting?

Big BHank, you need to do another contest or something. The perpetual stew is a good metaphor for your lifting. Right now you're in the old meat and scummy broth portion. You need to freshen it up.

What about Sumo? You've did MMA, you've did bodybuilding, power curled, arm wrestled, etc.... A BHank Sumo arc would be nice.

You are just saying this because you know your health is in the shitter and that's why you're getting your bloods done. Your bloods will be a mess and you know you're gonna have to clean out in a big way.

This whole song and dance you're doing about not posting update pics is all because you know you're gonna have to shrink down to DJ nothing. You're as easy to read as a picture book.

Yep.

No updates = has to come off drugs and will shrink down to well under 200 lbs.

As predictable as a Matt “MR. TITS” Canning crybaby meltdown.

His recent attraction to cardio backs this up, he would have an excuse when he started losing size, "Oh, Im into cardio now, I dont train as heavy as I used to"
