Agreed. I’m so punctual it’s ridiculous. If I have to be at an appt at 7am I’m there at 6 just to make sure I’m good in case any problems arise on the way. Can’t stand people being late but I’d say 75% of the time everyone I know is late. How can you be late? When one of my workers is always late and says sorry there was traffic, well there’s always traffic so leave 20 minutes earlier. He’s a great worker and hustles so I don’t mind but if he was late and a regular worker he would be gone.

100% - I had a guy that could sell salvation to Satan, but the nasty lil fckr couldn’t be on time to save his life. I literally could t afford to fire him - and he was such a good guy that lifted the entire office mood so we dealt with it. But I just do not get how a man can be late and not feel like a piece of shit loser?
Of course it shows respect for others - but punctuality really shows SELF respect more than anything.
