The TV is a good transition from the computer as it's way less concentration needed, and then I finish off with a book for the last 45 minutes before sleep. I seem to need way more alertness when watching through my laptop.
I have the attention span of a child, so i like to watch things in 20-30 minute segments. Then go do something around the house or read something. Takes me all night to watch one show.

Sitting down and watching a movie or TV for 2 hours is nearly impossible. I'm a bit hyper active.
So, i found that i'll watch segments in between working and reading Getbig or something else online. Right now, i'm on a kick of watching YT videos of offroad/overlanding videos. I just got a new vehicle so preparing to mod it so we can go on long treks across Colorado/Utah, etc.
