i see a lot of older guys who never focus on chest supported back movements as they age
always get lower back issues , neck issues , bad posture , or some sort of hip impingement or displacement
if you want a developed back , posture is key - locking hips in, scapular protraction while hooking the hands and pulling with the elbows
fck going heavy - no one cares , no one is watching , it’s just numbers and ego focus on the movement
