We give you a world of shit on here, but each and every one of you guys from the forum that compete embody what it means to be a bodybuilder. Everyone can talk a lot of shit, but to actually take the time to train, diet and prep accordingly for these shows is an accomplishment in of itself. Also, just getting on stage takes a lot of courage given that you will have a panel of judges to scrutinize you and the audience swaying them by way of their energy.

Weird posted then 12 months ago here are 2 from today not great pics but it’s what the other guys wife took I am sure the pro guy got some better. I started on the right then they put me center but maybe just to compare to guy on the left for 2nd no idea could be 1st or 3rd. Looked better a few days out but whatever will have some pics from this year to try and do better next
