i'm going to up the var to 100 mgs daily just to see what happens

i read bout 20 diff websites that talked bout var doseage and half of them said it can be dosed up to 100 mgs daily

but vigourous steve says if you can use over 50 mgs var it's not real var but that is a ridiculous statement as we all have diff body chems

for example i could drink 8 long island ice teas and not throw up or not pass the fuck out

i know dbol very well and for me results cap at 30 mgs and if i dose past that there's no more gains, but van b says his top dose is a 50 mgs cap but for me 50 mgs of dbol gave no more gains thn 30 mgs and 20 mgs is only a little less gains but 10 mgs is much less gains so sweet spot for me of dbol is 20 mgs with 30 mgs only giving slightly more gains
