I Trump issued the "kill order" for shipwrecked or incapacitated survivors, it could lead to charges for war crimes or murder under U.S. domestic law and international law.

Trump has immunity for decisions made as Commander in Chief.  And he did not issue a "kill order."  Neither did Hegseth.  The media lied to you.

Or, based on their expansive record of untruthfulness, it is more likely that, Hegseth and Trump lied to you and everyone else. Note that liars have a habit of changing their stories.
