the other one is still healing it's not an infection from a shot, it's something else, it's a bursted blood vessel i guess

happened from the goddamn max dead i did

ima gonna show my black bud how to train wheels LOL

i can show deads and squats to him but cant use any weights just the motion

i told him to do leg press or squat and leg ext, seated leg curl and sld's

once i can get back i'll do leg press (i guess) leg ext (fo sho) and hip thurst (fo sho)

hip thrust is so i can pound female ass good and hard

i actually got some decent round glutes dont know how though

  Lol. Are you on your meds here because your posts are hilarious. The rant should be Youtube friendly so they keep the show up. I really enjoy this show. It reminds me  of the times I chilled with my old gym buddies years ago , talking about the ills of the world. Josh and Rob have chemistry.

Particularly when they are talking loudly about utterly pointless things like coaching a sports team and speaking English with a Mexican accent.
