yeah, if you were expecting another Unbelievable or Cost of Redemption then do not buy this video... way too much voice-over... and half the gyms they go to are total crap... Ronnie couldn't even find enough weight to use... Plus he is way fatter than in his other videos, especially at the end.

Well it goes for 6 hours and I like it and I believe it was worth buying. It shows every rep of every muscle that he works some pre olympia and some after the olympia. I set aside a day to watch it I haven't seen alot of bodybuilding dvd's so i'm not going to recomend it because I have only seen a couple but I like it.

A cut above and New, Improved and Beyond are pretty awesome. Jay treats bodybuilding like a religion.

i thought Jay's new dvd was a little boring - especially his shoulder/calf workout - standing side laterals and seated side laterals, plus about 5 calf exercises - doesn't add up to excitement

I liked it because he was more descriptive with his workouts and diet.

Huh? "guude ole chicen" and "I lift dem heavy-ass wights". Does that qualify as descriptive?

Did he leave out the part where he injects them?
