Training question
« on: May 02, 2006, 12:06:57 PM »
I have been to feel some pain in my left shoulder when doing presses and my right knee hurts when I extend my legs. Is this from the heavier poundages that I have never lifted before or from the increased intensity?

I could do any presses on my last shoulder day? What should I do? My joints are aching. Is there anything I can take?

i would push the weights for sure but not to go over board as u may be getting stronger than what ur body can handle at the moment. take things slow and dont rush anything

Take it easy for a few days (light training) if it persists go see a doctor.
