I am going to attempt to get bigger but yeah obviously I plan to train consistently and eat healthy these next 30 days. Being my best healthy and strong is my focus not dieting to lose weight. But when I train consistently I get lean also the leanest I have ever been the best form I have ever had in my humble opinion was after a week of mountain biking. I am going to be riding my bike a lot
