All great places to train at. Have to say I am biased towards Nathan but this is the pinnacle for me.

He is going to pen a second on e in Manchester I believe.

As I say when Jeff and I had a meet there lots of people knew Jeff. Thats what a no mark like hankins will never understand. The camaraderie is such a bonus.
Also the equipment is crazy. Added up last week 13 machines for glutes/hams. not including leg press/ squats/smith etc etc. Dumbbells to 100kilo each. And if certain pieces don't do well they get replaced. I remember when they opened the kitchen up- myself and my brother were training and had just finished. Nathan was bring us out food as we were sat knackered. Meal after meal after meal came out- all great- he wanted to know what it was like. He's a generous, big hearted fella who gives a lot back to the community. 5k of toys to local kids at Christmas
