All trainers must deal with this.

Personal training is a very hard racket.  The best personal trainer I know is still a full time waiter since it takes a lot of time, effort and a lot of luck to build a client base.

But most trainers have backgrounds in kinesiology, and all the medical and mechanical shit that Krank is an expert in.  They're not teaching bodybuidling and broscience.

A quarter inch of actual muscle is HUGE. After training a lifetime. But like I told you  many times, IMO measurements can change just due to training volume (temporary inflammation) and you say you've been training with higher arm volume. Not trying to discourage you but gains are hard in your circumstances (and mine)

They were 16 1/4 last November but I had a 32.5 inch waist and was 11-12%

So that 16 1/4 was a fat arm not a ripped arm

Just ate 3 packets of.rice.drenched in blueberry jam and I was sweating like a pig and I got my window open and it's like 18 C so those carbs were acting pretty anabolic
