Bhank seems more enamored with the superficial idea of being a lawyer (playing dress up, imagined collegiate bonding and debate) than the years of actual unpaid drudgery required only to emerge in his 50s for a mid level, at best, career

Kudos if he does see it through, but there would have to be reasonable odds on him taking the admission test in Sept to prove he has "still got it" before his next flight of fancy takes hold in a few months time

Is Bi-an capable of getting into law school, graduating and passing the bar? Yes

The question is he realistically going to pursue this? Or is this going to be another “feather in his cap”, I was accepted into law school, I worked on Wall Street, I race cars, I’m a world record holder, I won the “cup”…….  It seems we know who this guy is.

Its just another stupid diversion tactic away from turning up to fight - We know he's a Fucking Cowardly
Faggott & he's shit scared so he's come up with stupidly pathetic nonsense.

Seriously, imagine someone going to the law office of Hankins, tries to explain his case and bhank starts antagonizing and insulting him. Then, if the case somehow goes to court, bhank starts insulting the judge. This will not end well but it will definitely be hilarious.

It could end this way too.

Another injury and another arrest and probation/parole for bhank.

You guys can do whatever you want with your lives. I am going to try and get into law school and see what happens.

In finance and act I have seen entire offices where everyone is under 30. What happened to the older people? I have seen them offshore entire depts. I have seen people pushed out long before retirement age. They want one manager and 20 younguns to do all the work cheap. Then they push them all out before they get the real money. I have had interviewers openly question my age.

That doesn't happen in the legal profession. Everyone is old and works until death. There is always work everywhere there is always a shitty case no one else wants you can always find work. They get to dress up fancy act important and argue. It will be fun. But so will Law School not worried about law practice yet want to enjoy the journey.

Getting dressed up and heading to law school downtown for classes and studying in the library and going to lunch with other law students and working out in the gym eating in the food court sounds like fun. I even already know a bunch of lawyers I can argue with.  Beats hanging out in a Hungarian sex club or arguing with English twats and posers about TRT dosages. But you guys do your things.

I will say if I get into Law School I get in I will become a walking billboard of bookstore Merch

He will likely say someone from Getbig contacted the law society and fucked it up for him.

Wont be that he quit or they rejected him.

Not sure what you're on about, I work in commodities for an energy giant and the average age is late 30s, early 40s. I've seen plenty gray-haired traders on the floor. One dev in my team is 55.

Employers are probably put off by your 13-year employment gap when you busy accomplishing things like being dirt bike champion.

Is there an element of ageism? Of course there is. But you did yourself no favours. You can't convince me that someone with a CFA (a hard skill) absolutely cannot find employment.

That is bullshit. Look at the growth in under 21 year old paralegals working off scripts in stack em high get em done transactions. Allen & Overy moved all their back office out of London to Belfast as they could pay less. Freshfields Bruckhaus Derringer did the same with London to Manchester. Bottom line is this Brian the partners in firms now protect their P.E.P. as much as they can. They get people in as associates and work them into the ground for 6-8 years then glass ceiling them away from partnership. Your wife works for local govt doesn't she- so her opinion in the corporate world is irrelevant.

The thing about dressing up smart and arguing is nonsense. The vast majority of legal disputes now are one big drawn out negotiation.

You are fuckng clueless.

And the fact you are so clueless shows that this is all a ruse to get away from the fight.

You great big pussy.

Also having lunch with your fellow grads you will be 30 years older than them. You will creep them out. You will be a complete loner in law school as you are in everyday life. The absolute worst of luck in this and every endeavour you are involved in.

I can see it now in your rec interview

'so mr hankins you haven't worked in 13 years'

'well stock car racing is a lot like work'

'NEXT'

with you sat there in your horrific wedding outfit and the SCN medal round your 15' neck like a backwards flavour flav

Employers do a sift of candidates for a job
If they have 20 people without a criminal record and one with one as long as King Kongs arm that person would have to be incredibly good to get through the sift.

Why would an employer take a risk with someone with a record and a 13 year gap of unemployment?

They always told Brian he was a "special" child , what Brian didnt hear was the word "needs"

I don't know Jeff same reason I was able to get a corporate job previously with a fortune 500 company that you guys claimed I didn't have for a year after passing an extensive background check.  I don't have a record you dumb fuck they only look at criminal convictions which I do not have. No one gives a fuck about dismissed speeding tickets.

Yeah, that wouldn't be Brian.  Its not on his front lawn, today, right now..as long as he hasn't had a recent injury, surgery, crohns flare up, out with his son, out on his aarp tricycle, trap bar deadlifting, or taking an wanted selfie for "progress"
