You signed up for two years, the only way you wouldnt have to serve the two years was on medical grounds or discharged.

A discharge means they dont want you anymore, you also cant sign up again without a waiver (Rentry code  3)

There are five main types of military discharges:
1 Honorable discharge: the most common type of military discharge.
2 General discharge: given to soldiers whose performance is satisfactory but is marked by a considerable departure in duty performance and conduct.
3 Other than honorable discharge: given to soldiers who have engaged in misconduct or have failed to meet military standards.
4 Bad conduct discharge: given to soldiers who have been convicted of a crime.

Look it is real simple they are going to send me my scholarship info in 2 days. Their website says every veteran who served honorably gets a 15k annual scholarship. They are a Law School I think we can both agree they should know the legal definition yes? They have my DD214

I say they award me the scholarship by my reading I qualify. You say I don't and by your reading I do not qualify. One of us will be proven wrong in 2 days.

My cousin was 3rd Regiment Battalion Commander before going SF he doesn't have a problem with my service. My college roommate also went Officer SF after Battalion and he is still off killing bad guys somewhere he doesn't have a problem with my service. Both my Sergeants and half a dozen of my platoon mates that I served with are facebook friends of mine and none of them have a problem with my service.
