I actually popped back over 220 this week but didn’t hold it. Sitting a very solid 217 right now. Chest is taking some time. Everytime it takes a little longer. Can I still come back. Will I ever be full strength again. Not sure. What I do know is I have to be careful every time I go to the gym I do 5x more than planned. It may never come back I may be too old the body may be too far gone but it won’t be from lack of effort.

You act as if you`re some elite bodybuilder recovering for the Olympia when in actuality you`re a novice scrub who has yet to accomplish jackshit on stage.......I mean you don`t even know the mandatory poses or make up a routine,and that`s just 2 things you have no clue about I don`t have the patience to make a fucking list as I`d be here all day.
