Some "experts" have claimed that they've had the rare patient who metabolise test so quickly that they still fell within normal levels on as much as 500mg. Don't know if true.
These clinic docs have moved to call what they do "hormone optimisation." Because things like Anavar and Deca aren't TRT obviously. Then there are docs who say they believe in "treating symptoms instead of levels." I suppose that is sometimes done with different classes of drugs not just HRT. Buut I don't see how this optimisation is legal, I think the law hasn't changed since about 1991? Because of this I assume there isn't the political will to enforce the law, they have given up. I don't see how this could be rolled back, same with GH that is supposedly illegal in everything but very rare cases of loss of pituitary function. Too many people, including celebrities, politicians, police etc won't want to give it up. Since 1991 almost no docs were prescribing "performance and physique enhancing drugs," just the last few years, but I guess a lot of docs were determined to push their luck and now it's basically accepted.
I do remember The Coach saying he was prescribed Dianabol from a clinic many years ago. But Dianabol was like the boogie man of steroids, something developed expressly for performance increase, the "Breakfast of Champions." It still is wonderful steroid although the current youtube bodybuilding PED "experts" say it belongs in the trash. But this stance was just pushed by one man and "everyone" took after him because they can't think for themselves.
