Unless everyone starts from scratch with new funding, it’s Harris. She’s the only one that can use the funds raised for Biden. As of today the Trump has over $100 million more than Biden

Not many will oppose her, because if they do and she loses, they will catch blame.

And there are those who want to be president who will not run with her, because they don't want to be associated with a loss.
