If I was nervous about a contest I entered and had a helluva` time sleeping,.....I tried counting sheep but somehow the sheep kept transforming into skinless chicken breasts,tuna straight out da can and sheit,egg whites,along with ground turkey,rice,and yams,as a result my sleep fucking sucked but when I woke up in the AM.....I was never hungry for some unknown reason. LOL 
Like an old friend on mine back home used to tell me...."When you are looking forward to a styrofoam tasting rice cake as a treat,you know you`re fucking dieting"....and this was before any flavored rice cakes were invented so they actually did taste like styrofoam.....and this guy had an incredible build and won a slew of contests from the 80`s all the way up to the Over-70 class at the Southern States just a few years ago.
Diet is at least 70% of bodybuilding....maybe even more.
Ha, I like the Styrofoam rice cakes - Yet I rarely eat any Fish nowadays

also I've never eaten a Kebab yet for the 6 / 7 shows I did I'd have to
past a couple of Kebab shops & the smell of them would be driving me
crazy wanting one

Soon as i was off the diets the smell was horrible
