If I was nervous about a contest I entered and had a helluva` time sleeping,.....I tried counting sheep but somehow the sheep kept transforming into skinless chicken breasts,tuna straight out da can and sheit,egg whites,along with ground turkey,rice,and yams,as a result my sleep fucking sucked but when I woke up in the AM.....I was never hungry for some unknown reason. LOL

Like an old friend on mine back home used to tell me....
"When you are looking forward to a styrofoam tasting rice cake as a treat,you know you`re fucking dieting"....and this was before any flavored rice cakes were invented so they actually did taste like styrofoam.....and this guy had an incredible build and won a slew of contests from the 80`s all the way up to the Over-70 class at the Southern States just a few years ago.
Diet is at least 70% of bodybuilding....maybe even more.
