Something's off about Hankin's routine. It's not normal to be roiding for so long and being addicted to the bodybuilding lifestyle but have such a stringy physique to show for it.
Have you tried switching to machines Hanky? You might not be activating your muscles enough with pure barbell work.
Chest press machine, machine row, lat pulldowns and the calisthenics move "australian pull ups" are good additions to standard barbell routines.
Honestly, if I could go back, I'd be doing 90% machine work and calisthenics and 10% barbell. The squeeze, high reps and high volume are key for muscle growth and it limits injuries.
