Very noticeable improvements conditioning wise. It won't translate to stage, doesn't for anyone, but I think you can tell plenty by these pics, even if favorable lighting and whatever.

5 pieces turkey bacon
3 egg with onion cheese and pepper
1 can tuna fish sandwich with 2 pieces bread light mayo and relish
2 bowls of homemade chili
1 brownie
Went out to diner apple salad and veal parm in a butter suace with pasta

Current weight 202lbs
Weight last night 201lbs

Did 4 sets of 20 leg extensions today too much rain to go outside and squat

Def need to dial it back tomorrow as ideally want to weigh in around 200 at 5pm then drop fluid after weigh in and eat very light through the show

Yes I should not have gone out to dinner I did not need the entire meal but I had told my mother I would take her out to dinner
