This is around 5am after eating well the night before Sushi, cheesecake, candy, and cookies. So flat no pump but good example of morning condition 3 days out. Eating light so far today but going to Italian restaurant for veal tonight should be last large meal. Although not fully decided how much leaner vs how much fuller I want to be. I need to drop the bentyl they gave me for my IBS as it is making my midsection smooth can't control the muscle as well. Other than that about where I want to be. Just need to get that muscle control back so I can hard flex the abs. This will be my last show pre pec repair.

Yeah people having ignoring him for 3 years yet he still generates the most clicks. When he was being ignored he was posting on every topic trying to gain traction, even going on political rants, and no one engaged.
