Because I was using so much of it I didn't have abdomen control. I was taking 5-6 pills a day. I thought I would get my midsection control back coming off instead I got more bloating and diarrhea. Shit happens its not the end of the world. It wasn't the Olympia my entire life is not dependent on winning the Cutler classic. I have other interest
