regardless of what he claims his arms tape at they look about 15-16 on stage. the right has no tricep at all.

its great though- in terms of summing this j hunt up that rather than say I looked like shit and got beaten. its I was dying and needed a burger to bring me back to life. he's a fraud.

I was really sick and felt like death and though it might bring me back to life. I should have just carb loaded the last coupel days and come in with rice cakes and honey like the other competitors. Instead I starved myself the last day trying to avoid my indigestion diarrea belly bloat and wound up emaciating myself as I quit my meds then wound up with a diarrea belly anyway and have been shitting constantly since flat as hell. Next time will go back to bringing proper food and eating proper instead of getting dehydrated pooping all night on no food then eating a burger to avoid death. My stomach does not like being messed with like that. I will stay on my stomach meds and bring carbs next time
 

Brian, don’t quit bodybuilding. Just regroup. You have it in you to get a pro card. You just need to get your stomach issues under control. You looked a lot better than last time. Focus on  law school, then bodybuilding.

Crohn's, I have a disease I don't get to pick when it creates a problem. I have been to the bathroom half a dozen times in the last 20 minutes

John Meadows was missing an entire large intestine and never came in smooth… And endless diarrhea does not smooth you out. It flattens you out.

You have 4-6 hours or more to wait for the evening show after pre-judging ends......eating a burger and fries isn`t   a bad thing to do at that point.....Brians real problem is simply not doing a long contest prep like most/all people do.

He was in far better condition this time but he didn`t do the traditional 12-16-20 weeks of dieting without cheating that competing requires........the time you diet depends on how far out you are from the contest.

In Brians case,cheating with junk food, and the spaghetti sure wasn`t gonna` help him as he didn`t do a true traditional contest prep diet,never increased his volume of training, and started cardio/(the bike) far too late and ended it far too early.

I`m not gonna` rag on him....you know what I`m going through medically and it made me try  to have a more positive additude in all aspects....even on getbig.... which ain`t gonna` be easy my brother!   LOL

I hear ya` bud.....I went for an assessment last Thursday in Syracuse N.Y. and the hospital was huge and the doctor asked me if I would like to  get started with the biopsy then surgery.....I was scared when they told me they don`t  use radiation on the Pancreas and they would have to cut me to remove the tumor, but I said fuck it.....let`s get it started I just want to feel like myself again.....after a total of 6 hours including the drive there,they told me they didn`t have a fucking bed available for me....the biggest hospital I ever saw with no available fucking bed!!!!

So instead of an initial assessment they must have thought I was sick enough to keep.

Then when driving home as I was almost there they called my medical transportation driver and said they had a bed and to bring me back.

At that point I was emotionally spent,in pain all fucking day,was starving and tired, so I`m back to square one just waiting to be rescheduled as there was no way I was going back at that point.

Same old story, anyone can get leaner by frying muscle mass.  That he was on GH and still looked that way shows he needs to just quit competition and be a gym body.  He's 46, join a gym and make some friends, maybe find a therapist, give up the nonsense.
