The problem is I am not digesting anything it is going in and out so I am hungry but also eating makes it worse and more uncomfortable but can't just starve and dehydrate this is what puts people with Crohn's in the hospital. I am using the restroom at least a dozen times a day multiple times at night in the am 5 times within 20 minutes and it goes from nothing to emergency in a minute. I can use the restroom get up go 20 feet and have to go back to the restroom. It sounds funny and gross but it can be very serious. I have had this issue bad going on 5 days now. I am passing fluid undigested nutrients and blood every 20 minutes 24/7.
