You know jack shit about how contests are judged, and you suck at competing.

I have a torn pec, two titanium knees, and a digestive disease. All things considering I think I am making improvements and doing well. I will figure out how not to stress the body contest time and avoid a flare up. I will get the pec fixed this winter and look into the shoulder as well. Additionally I will build a better gym with more back and leg training equipment this next month. I still have plenty of time left to win a few more shows. But more importantly I am going to add more muscle and strength and stability to play with my son snowboard and wrestle with him until I am 90 because that is the real goal here.

The slight size increase in biceps does not offset conditioning, presentation, symmetry, lines, muscularity etc.....if it did, Manfred Hoeberl would be an undefeated Mr. Olympia.

I don't hit a front lat spread because it shows the tear. That was my favorite pose pre tear. I am getting the tear fixed this year.

See above he has no legs or arms its not even close. You can see a bicep split in both my arms and tricep definition from the front as well as vascularity in forearms and I was sick as hell. Then look at my quads they put him to shame and I can barely fucking walk. My arms and legs both look way way bigger. My midsection was off due to Crohn's shit happens but I am clearly carrying a lot more muscle than Jeff. My arms look 2 inches bigger with 10x the definition  and for fuck sake I have bigger legs despite titanium bolts

Why not show us both in shape on stage? You can see a peak and a bicep split in both arms in addition to detail in the tricep and pits yours are smooth everywhere on stage and small as hell no fucking way you can honestly think our arms look the same. Mine are multiple levels past yours
