It’s funny there’s so much I thought I’d never forget and now I just know it happened. Last show I didn’t place in the top 3 in heavyweight class, they only placed the top 3 at the night show, I think there was 6 guys in the weight class . 5”11 201. At the time I thought I should have been in the final call out but today I know my physique had/has flaws.

I don’t know where I fit on the Adonis ratio in contest shape, the mental aspect of losing size and strength , while looking “great”, was difficult. I didn’t like tape measures, my energy was low, and I was irritable, blah,blah…
