I said my stomach was ok I didnt say I was ok I was sick that is why I ate such a large lunch. I was up thursday and friday night with the shits. I stopped eating mid day Friday to try and stop it. By Saturday morning from not eating and the shits I was really dehydrated and exhausted but I was tight. I was cramping thogh and feeling really ill backstage after my first prejudging I was in bad shape and didnt think I would even make the finals but I went to lunch and ate and drank a lot and figured I may as well go back because I knew I was the best over 40. But yeah I got screwed again. I dont give a fuck what anyone says that is 3 times I was clearly in better shape and not given the win. It makes me think cutting weight to do a show is stupid. I m just going to bulk to 250lbs now for me. Next time I step on stage I will be a super heavy

I agree that 250lbs and above is likely the way to go for you. You have the frame for that weight, so why not use your gifts?

Larger Hankins means larger diarrhea piles and larger gas clouds, larger gases clouds means a big chance to drive the competitors off stage... Since the average Hankins class only has 2-3 competitors, even driving one off means you raise your chances of win dramatically.
