Your boy madog the guy with no belly button that died about a year ago was a training guru type? He used to cut hard to get to the 212lb class so he would drop the hgh 2 weeks out which is what I did to make 207lbs. Then he would slam 36iu after weigh ins and another 18iu in the am while carb loading and staying hydrated. Said it would fill him back out. Well it waterlogged me. Again though I looked a lot better in some other pics. I look a lot better in the am than the afternoon. I am figuring it out. Next time I will not cut food until that evening. So I have 4 days left of due diligence then 12 days until close. Looking for a new house with a better gym space. This beauty just listed last night in the area I am looking in my budget. Pretty fucking badass if you ask me will tell him to leave the floor and the heavy bag. That is  how I am going to imporve bigger gym better equipment specifically that godamn full cage functinal trainer lat pull low row from rogue shit is badass plenty of room for it and a smith machine.

Will finish off ceiling and one side with window but just leave the exposed cement floor and wall I like that

Some have decorative brick or stone facing but it's just for show.
That's a poured concrete foundation.
