At least you get the idea. Success is going to be based on leg and arm growth as well as weigh lifted. I have a bid on one house and I am going to look at one more today that has a commercial quality gym in neighborhood. However I am also plannign out my home gym specifically I am moving some of it outside. I like squatting and deadlifting outside going to put up a pergula and set up an outdoor rack.
