I would not have thought of the cathedral ceiling with chandelier in the office but that is what the builder did and it's nice. I picked a house that was a good value not trying to impress anyone just want to be comfortable. But yeah, it's a gorgeous brand-new house I am not buying a shitbox.

No pool but flat backyard. Nice pool that serves food and has a swim team close by can use for a year and think about it. A home pool is kind of a money pit anyway may just do a hot tub
