The Mansion has lots of room, they aren't parking out on the street in a suburban cul de sac where the HOAs bitch.  And it'll get cold and they ain't parking in the small driveway.  I call pure bullshit that your wife won't get an indoor spot.

What the fuck makes you think the new house doesn't have lots of room? You could put half a dozen cars in the large driveway. Again I am not downsizing the new house is every bit as nice and then some. It is not on the water at the beach so yeah it cost less but it is just as big and nicer inside. I could park a fucking schoolbus in the driveway.

Its also an oversized 3 car garage. I am putting a vette in a spot large enough for a Bradley there is plenty of room. Epoxy guy is coming Monday. I am ordering mats. The gym is going to be nicer than what I have now.
