I am 46 years old. I have had 7 orthopedic surgeries to fix issues. I am now getting ready for an experimental surgery that is going to take a year to recover. I won't be able to type or drive a car or read a book or ride a bike or use my dominant right arm for months. I will be an incapacitated invalid. I am going to pay for this out of my own pocket as well insurance will not pay a dime. How many would do such a thing? What purpose would there be if I just wanted to live a normal life my pec works just fine for that. But I want something more I want to progress in weightlifting and I can not do that with 1 and a half pecs. Half this board has old injuries they do not plan to fix because they no longer care about progression I do
That was a lot of words to just say "Wow, so there ARE people that exist that can help me, WHICH I ASKED, but instead of taking the steps to learn how to best work with my digestive issues while I am repairing my other parts, I'm going to deflect."
See, that's the thing... this is the PERFECT time to spend some money (of which you CLAIM to have plenty) on educating yourself on how to eat properly, do it, practice with different foods/digestive approaches, so that when the pec is fixed (and whatever else you come up with), you're ready to hit the ground running.
How is this not obvious to you?
