This is 100% correct. But in theory, in order to keep his license in good standing he is supposed to report every arrest and charge even if they are dismissed (in addition to a bunch of financial information).

My main point is his record won’t keep him from being accepted into a school and it likely won’t stop him from becoming a lawyer.
