- Bone density
- Fracture / dislocation
- Apparent lesions / tumors / etc
All of which SHOULD be listed on any radiology report. Especially with one indicating 3 views (assuming internal / external rotation and possibly weight neutral). Also, no indication of viewing the right shoulder as a COMPARISON (which is typically medically warranted).
