after watching the two videos again, I am the only one who thinks that Ronnie's arms, back (esp. rear lat spread), chest and legs all looked WAY bigger in the 1999 vid?

again, probably only a 7 or 8 pound difference in weight, but boy did that fill him out.

and it kills the main point of the Dorian supporters argument: that Ronnie in 99 was simply a 96 ronnie with more definition.

Easy question for you again:  Why would Weider not push Ronnie as much as Flex or Dillet or even Cormier before Ronnie won the O?  If he was a good as you say...Hell you pretty much say he had Dorian beat at Dorians last Olympia..why did he finish in the middle of the pack?  Why did he finish 4th at the Arnold the year he won the O?  Why did an totally unknown Dorian Yates finish 2nd at his first pro show?  Why did Dorian win the NOC the next year?  He had very little pub...I'd bet Ronnie had more articles in Weider mags for winning the Worlds than Dorian did coming into the NOC.  So Dorian sucks?  Fine tough guy, explain this stuff to me.  Dorian a total unknown places 2nd at the NOC, wins the NOC the next year and places 2nd at the O, all without a ton of pub, lets say he had the same amount of pub as Ronnie did in 94-95, why did Ronnie flounder at the O?  Should be easy for ya since you know so fucking much.

Actually no you have it wrong , once again , stick to the points , Ronnie 98 was simply a much sharper version of Ronnie 96/97 , 99 he was bigger than 97 by just 2 pounds , but obviously he gained some quality muscle from 98-99 but in essense he was structually & dimensionally the same , we're not talking about a 1995 Ronnie who was 240lbs to a 1999 Ronnie who was 257lbs

Anyway that whole argument is moot , because Ronnie's 257lbs wasn't nearly as dry as Dorian's

Well typical pumpster , you post a picture of Dorian at his worse and some Chris Lund photo shot pic of Ronnie and proclaim he has no arms  one thats not his peak condition 1993 or 1995 , at his peak his arms were quite good , not spectacular but better than 97 and better than you give credit for .

ND CONSISTENTLY off. Still waiting for that first excellent OVERHEAD tri shot from Yates, like the ones i've already posted. Completely missed the point of the pics I used and what i'd mentioned. hahahahah

Actually that added to his legend because he scored another Olympia win , and the part that added to his legend the most was getting straight firsts in every single one of his Olympia wins , oh and there was also the transformation from 1992 - 1993 where he gained 15 pound of quality mass while remaining just as hard and dominating the feild , and also perservering after suffer a torn bicep , quad and rotatorcuff just weeks before the 1994 Olympia and fighting to retain his title , and also comming back in 1995 in grand fashion and dominating the feld like he did in 1993 and besting everyone in 1996 and the same in 1997 with a tricep that was almost completly off the bone and retirering undefeated because he couldn no longer compete at the bar he set for himself , all that and among other things add to his legend !!

c'mon ND it's a conspiracy...don't you get it?  Weider wanted to make money so they took a guy they never gave any coverage to, who no one knew and had him dominate his first show in America, only loosing to MoMo...I mean it's good business sense to have an unknown European beat guys like Eddie Robinson, who was all over the Weider mags...it's good business sense.  Just like it's good sense to have a guy who has a good public image, is known to the general public because he's on national commercials for one of the top selling supplements at the time and is a cop..it's good sense to keep him floundering at the O.
