agreed. you can argue that dorian is better all you want, but what that means is that you are not properly applying the criteria that the judges using in a bodybuilding conest.

You can have your own criteria (eg. calves and forearms are more important than arms, quads and chest) or striations don't matter or vascularity doesn't matter etc. but you are not judging bodybuilding in the traditional sense anymore.

You are making your own value judgments based on atypical criteria that the judges don't use.

Arms  remember the judges are looking are forearms and calves two parts that Ronnie doesn't beat Dorian oh but you don't count those are parts of the arms & legs

Regarding upper back detail, the assertion that in dorians case it is mediocre is correct. Juxtaposing dorian to flex or ronnie would make this as clear as day.

As you often do, posting dorian alone as your defence, is weak and frankly invalid.

The visual evidence in support of ronnie is staggering - at least when you accept that video doesnt favour either athlete and don't suggest that somehow the medium of video makes ronnie look good and dorian poor.

Damn, over 200 pages and this debate goes on and on.  It reminds me a lot of NHL hockey players against the owners.  The unions against big corporations.  Unbelievable that the same points are being argued over and over again.  Let this thread die.  Regardless who you prefer, your opinion has probably not swayed one "not one" person.  Yates supporters could care less if Dorian lost his left arm in a tractor accident; his "graininess" would pull him through.  Ronnie could be the first bodybuilder to ever give birth; hell, with his size he would still be aesthetic and pleasing.  Let it rest guys.  I am obviously on the Ronnie side of the fence.  If anything, I am more so than before this thread ever started.  Those who prefer Yates can point to numerous Ronnie pics that they feel bolsters their case.  In the end, who really gives a flying f__k but ND and Hulkster.  I have a feeling that Hulkster and ND just point and counterpoint to piss each other off.  They are like Tyson-Holyfield, Kasporav-Karpov.  If they met in the octagon, Joe Rogan would have his hands full.
