you cannot isolate the triceps and forarms individually, and you cannot forget about the deltoids, which are as integral to good arm development as good arms are to back development.
when you isolate the muscle groups as you do, you forget that how they "fit" together, as well as overall shape, detail and vascularity is very important.
for example, you say Yates crushes Ronnie on triceps and forearms and has merely smaller biceps, problem is on paper this sounds great.
in REALITY for the reasons I listed, it is total BULLSHIT when you assess arm development:
